My story
Why I Started ZenlyNest
Most people think about a home warranty only after the furnace quits or the fridge goes warm. By then every choice feels rushed. I wanted homeowners to have the time to read a plan, ask questions and decide calmly.
So I built ZenlyNest around one simple idea. You should know what a plan lists, what each covered visit costs and where the limits sit before you agree to anything. I explain the parts that help and the parts that leave you on your own.
When something does break, I help you send a service request and point you toward a qualified local technician. Your plan terms still decide what is eligible, and I make sure you can see that from the very start.
What guides me
Habits I Keep With Every Plan
I show the limits early
Coverage caps, service fees and waiting periods belong up front from the very first message, not in fine print you discover later.
I name what is left out
Old problems, accidental damage and skipped upkeep are common reasons a request will not qualify. I say that plainly and early.
I stay close after signup
If a covered item fails, I help you start the request and make sense of each step until the visit is finished.

Who I work with
Homeowners I Usually Help
Every home is different, but the people who reach out to me tend to share one wish. They want fewer surprises when something important stops working.
New homeowners
You just got the keys and want a plan in place before the older appliances start to show their age.
Owners of older homes
Your heating system, water heater or wiring has plenty of years behind it, and a surprise repair would sting.
Owners who rent out a home
You want one clear way to handle breakdowns at the place your tenants live in.
Busy households
You would rather send one request than chase repair quotes when the dishwasher gives up.
I would rather you pass on a plan that does not fit than sign up for one you do not understand.
Every plan has edges. My job is to show you where they are, so the coverage you pick matches the home you actually live in and the way you use it.
