Terms of Use

By visiting or using the ZenlyNest website, creating an account or submitting any form, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or its services.

ZenlyNest offers information about home warranty plans that may help with eligible repair or replacement costs for covered home systems and appliances. Content on this website is general information and does not replace the written terms of any plan.

Plan details, prices, limits and exclusions are set out in each plan document. If anything on this website differs from a plan document, the plan document controls.

You must be of legal age in your state and able to enter a binding agreement to create an account or request plan information. You agree that the details you submit are accurate and belong to you.

You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for all activity under your account. Please let ZenlyNest know right away if you believe your account has been used without permission.

• Provide true and current information
• Keep your password secure
• Do not share your account with others

Coverage is subject to the limits, exclusions, waiting periods and service fees listed in your plan. Submitting a service request does not guarantee that a repair or replacement will be approved. Eligibility is decided under the plan terms that apply to your home.

If you give consent during signup, ZenlyNest may send service related and marketing text messages to the number you provide. Message frequency may vary, and standard message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

You agree not to misuse the website. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Submitting false or misleading information
• Trying to gain access to systems or accounts that are not yours
• Interfering with the normal operation of the website
• Copying or scraping content for commercial use without permission

The text, graphics, logos and layout of this website belong to ZenlyNest or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and print pages for personal, non commercial use only.

The website may link to outside sites or rely on independent service providers, such as local technicians. ZenlyNest does not control those parties and is not responsible for their content, policies or work.

The website and its content are provided as is and as available. ZenlyNest makes no promise that the website will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and does not guarantee any particular outcome from a plan or service request.

To the fullest extent the law allows, ZenlyNest will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages that arise from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Any dispute related to these terms or the website will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except where the law does not allow this. You waive any right to take part in a class action against ZenlyNest.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

ZenlyNest may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
